Training 2009-10 (updated 30 Nov 2009)
* Hockey training starts properly @ JFS on Wed 2nd Sep 2009.
* We have different session times for the 1st XI squads and the rest of the teams.
* Please check with your captain for when you can attend.
* Ladies: 1st XI is 7.30-9... everyone else starts @ 8.30
* Mens: whole mens section from 7.30
